What happens if it rains the next day?

The 48-Hour Rain Guarantee. Rain water is naturally clean; it only makes windows dirty if it mixes with dirty screens (creating mud). However, if rain ruins your view within 48 hours of service, call us, and we will touch up the affected exterior panes for free.

Do you clean the tracks?

Yes. We don't believe a window is clean if the track is buried in dust. Basic "Dry-Soil" track vacuuming and wiping are included in every "In & Out" package.

How often should I have my windows cleaned?

In the Conejo Valley, we recommend the "Quarterly Protocol." Dust and pollen build up quickly here. Most clients do a full "In & Out" twice a year (Spring/Fall) and an "Exterior Only" touch-up in between to keep the glass sparkling.

Do I need to move my furniture?

No, but please clear the path. Our pros are happy to carefully reach over sofas or move light chairs. We just ask that you remove fragile knick-knacks, photos, or heavy statues from the window sills before we arrive.

Will water spots come off with a standard clean?

Light dust spots will. However, heavy white calcium deposits (calcification) usually require our Restoration Service. We can test a spot upon arrival to let you know if standard cleaning or restoration is needed!

Can you remove paint or construction debris?

Yes, but it's a separate specialized Post-Construction Cleaningservice. Removing paint, silicone, or stucco requires a "Post-Construction" protocol with specialized scrapers and solvents. Please mention this when booking so we can quote accurately.

How long does the service take?

Unlike a our Deep House Cleaning Service that stays most of the day, our window teams are fast and efficient. An average 2,500 sq. ft. home takes about 2 to 3 hours to complete inside and out.
