Do electricity and water need to be on?
  • Yes. This is non-negotiable. We cannot run our HEPA vacuums without power, and we need Hot Water to effectively degrease ovens. If utilities are disconnected upon arrival, we will have to reschedule, and a cancellation fee may apply.
Do you remove trash or furniture?
  • Our specialized equipment is for Surface Restoration, not "Junk Removal." The home must be fully emptied of furniture, boxes, and trash before we arrive. We cannot clean a floor we cannot see.
How do you handle access for Real Estate Agents?
  • We are the preferred vendor for many Conejo Valley agents because we are Supra & SentriLock trained. You do not need to meet us there. We can access the property securely using the lockbox CBS code, complete the job, and lock up—sending you a text confirmation so you can focus on your next showing.
Does this include carpet cleaning?
  • Standard move-out cleaning includes thorough vacuuming. However, Hot Water Extraction (Steam Cleaning) for carpets is a separate, specialized service. We recommend booking our "Turnover Bundle" to have both the house cleaning and carpet cleaning done on the same day for a complete reset.
