Do you guarantee I will get my security deposit back?

We 100% guarantee the cleaning quality. If your landlord finds a missed spot on our checklist during the final walk-through, notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to fix it for free. > Note: We cannot fix "Physical Damage" (like scratched floors, nail holes, or carpet burns), which are categorized differently than cleaning deductions under California Civil Code.

Do I get an official receipt for my Property Manager?

Yes. Many leases require proof of "Professional Steam Cleaning" or "Professional Maid Service" to release the deposit. We provide a detailed, Itemized Digital Invoice that explicitly states "Move-Out Deep Clean" and lists all services performed. This is your "Golden Ticket" to prove compliance with your lease agreement. Please note that if you do need steam carpet cleaning, it's a separate specialized service in addition to your move-in/move-out cleaning service.

Do electricity and water need to be on?

Yes. This is non-negotiable. We cannot run our HEPA vacuums without power, and we need Hot Water to effectively degrease ovens and remove soap scum. If utilities are disconnected upon arrival, we will have to reschedule, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Do you remove trash or furniture?

Our specialized equipment is for Surface Restoration, not "Junk Removal." We will bag up small amounts of loose trash, but the home must be fully emptied of furniture, boxes, and debris before we arrive. We cannot clean a floor we cannot see.

Do you clean the garage?

Yes, we offer a Garage Sweep-Out as an add-on service. We remove cobwebs, sweep the concrete, and dust the laundry area to meet "Broom Clean" standards. > Note: While we sweep surface dust, we cannot remove deep-set industrial oil stains, tire marks, or paint spills from porous concrete.

How long does a Move-Out clean take?

This is a "Forensic Deep Clean," not a standard maintenance visit. For a standard 2,500 sq. ft. home, expect a team of 2-3 Pros to be on-site for 4 to 6 hours on average. We work until the checklist is complete, ensuring the home is "Turnkey Ready" for the next occupant.
