Your furniture is an investment. Treating a Belgian Linen sofa like a Microfiber couch is a recipe for disaster (shrinkage, browning, and water rings). Before we touch a single cushion, our technicians perform a rigorous Fiber Inspection & Colorfast Test. Whether your tag says Code S (Solvent/Dry Clean Only) or Code W (Water Safe), we carry the specialized chemistry to clean it safely without altering the texture or "hand" of the fabric.

THE 4-STEP FABRIC RESTORATION PROTOCOL
  • Step 1: The Dry Soil Extraction Adding water to dust creates mud. We start with a heavy-duty industrial vacuuming of the entire piece—including the deck (under the cushions) and the crevices—to remove dry skin cells, pollen, and dust mites before any liquid is applied.
  • Step 2: The Pre-Conditioning (Enzyme vs. Solvent) Chemistry matters. For synthetic microfibers, we use an Enzyme-Based Pre-Spray to break down body oils and protein stains. For delicate natural fibers (Cotton/Rayon), we use a Low-Moisture Solvent that encapsulates soil without wetting the backing.
  • Step 3: The "Shearing" Extraction We don't soak your furniture. We use a specialized "Shearing Tool" that cleans the fabric surface without forcing water deep into the foam padding. This prevents the "wet dog" smell and allows for rapid drying (typically 4–6 hours).
  • Step 4: The Fiber Grooming For Velvet, Chenille, and Microsuede, the pile can get distorted during cleaning. We hand-groom the fabric with a horsehair brush while it is still damp to reset the nap, ensuring it dries soft and uniform, not stiff or crunchy.

Is It Clean?

Your mattress and sofa are magnets for dust mites. For a complete allergen purge, we recommend pairing this with our Hot Water Carpet Extraction to remove dander from every soft surface in the room. A standard sheet change doesn't reach the allergens trapped deep in the foam.  We use High-Temperature Steam (230°F) to sanitize mattresses and upholstery, neutralizing dust mites and bacteria on contact. It’s the ultimate "Reset Button" for allergy sufferers or anyone buying a furnished home.

Stop Spills from Becoming Stains.

Factory stain protection wears off after 12 months. Without it, wine, coffee, and pet accidents soak instantly into the fibers. We apply a Nano-Tech Fabric Protector (similar to Scotchgard™) that restores the fabric's surface tension. This creates a hydrophobic barrier, causing liquids to bead up on the surface so you can wipe them away before they ruin the couch.

Can you clean "Code S" (Dry Clean Only) fabrics?
  • Yes. Many high-end fabrics (Viscose, Art Silk, Rayon) are "Code S." We use specialized Anhydrous (Water-Free) Dry Cleaning Solvents to clean these delicate items safely. This lifts soil without swelling the fibers, preventing the dreaded "browning" or shrinkage.
How long does it take to dry?
  • Because our Shearing Tool recovers 90% of the moisture instantly, most synthetic sofas dry in 4 to 6 hours. Heavy natural fibers (Cotton/Wool) may take 6 to 12 hours. We recommend keeping ceiling fans on to accelerate evaporation.
Can you remove pet urine from a couch?
  • If the urine is on the surface, yes. However, if it has soaked deep into the foam cushion, surface cleaning alone won't remove the odor source. In severe cases, we use a Sub-Surface Injection Tool to flush the foam with enzymes, or we may recommend replacing the foam core while we clean the fabric shell.
Do you clean Leather furniture?
  • Yes. Leather requires a 2-step process: Deep Cleaning to remove body oils that darken the armrests, followed by a Lanolin-Based Conditioner to restore moisture and prevent cracking. We treat Aniline, Nubuck, and Protected Leathers.
Is your process safe for kids and pets?
  • Absolutely. We prioritize non-toxic, hypoallergenic solutions. Crucially, our system uses a Fiber-Rinse Neutralizer to ensure all cleaning agents are thoroughly extracted, leaving no sticky residue that could irritate sensitive skin.
