  • Code W (Wet Clean): For durable synthetics (Polyester, Nylon), we use Hot Water Extraction to flush out deep-set body oils and spills.

  • Code WS (Hybrid): We adjust our pH levels and moisture control to achieve a deep clean while maintaining fabric safety.

We strictly follow manufacturer codes to prevent shrinkage and browning on delicate fibers.

Soil Extraction

Using our truck-mounted system, we extract the suspended soil. For delicate fabrics, we use a shearing tool that cleans the fabric surface without forcing water into the foam padding, ensuring rapid drying.

pH Balancing & Grooming

We finish with a neutralizing rinse to restore the fabric’s softness and prevent chemical residue. Finally, we groom the fibers (especially for velvet) to set the pile for a uniform appearance.

How long does furniture take to dry?

Most synthetic fabrics (Microfiber, Polyester) dry in 4 to 6 hours. Heavier natural fibers (like Cotton Duck or thick Chenille) may take 6 to 12 hours. We use industrial Centrifugal Air Movers to accelerate the process and recommend keeping ceiling fans on to aid evaporation.

Can you remove pet urine from a sofa?

Surface cleaning is often enough for minor accidents. However, if urine has penetrated the foam cushion, standard cleaning will not remove the odor source. In these cases, we use a Sub-Surface Injection tool to flush the foam with enzymes without removing the fabric, or we may advise on cushion core replacement if the damage is severe.

Is your process safe for children and pets?

Absolutely. We prioritize non-toxic and hypoallergenic solutions. Crucially, our system uses a Fiber-Rinse Neutralizer to ensure all cleaning agents are thoroughly extracted, leaving no sticky residue that could irritate sensitive skin or paws.

Do you clean "Dry Clean Only" tags?

Yes. Many high-end fabrics are "Code S" and cannot be touched with water. We carry specialized Anhydrous (Water-Free) Dry Cleaning Solvents on our trucks. This allows us to safely clean delicate items like Silk or Rayon in your home without the risk of shrinkage or water rings.

Can you clean Viscose or "Art Silk" rugs and sofas?

Viscose (also known as Rayon, Bamboo Silk, or Tencel) is the most delicate fabric in modern furniture. It loses 50% of its strength when wet. We are one of the few local companies certified to clean Viscose using a Low-Moisture Encapsulation method that prevents "browning" and preserves the velvet-like texture.

Is fabric protection (like Scotchgard™) worth the extra cost?

We highly recommend it for light-colored fabrics. Factory protection wears off over time. We apply a Nano-Tech Protector that restores the fabric's "surface tension," creating a hydrophobic barrier. This causes wine, coffee, and oil to bead up on the surface rather than soaking in instantly, buying you critical time to wipe up spills.
